EVOWALL PANEL

The assessed product is the EVOWALL industrialised construction system, an industrialised construction system based on customised load-bearing structural panels with an internal galvanised steel structural frame and a EVOWALL proprietary lightweight mortar, EVO-In developed by EVOWALL Technology.

The system comprises external and internal wall panels, floor slabs and roof panels manufactured off-site through a industrialised manufacturing process supported by digital design tools that combines traditional construction materials, such as cement, gypsum and steel, with industrialised manufacturing techniques. It is designed to provide the structural framework and building envelope while integrating thermal insulation, airtightness, acoustic performance, fire resistance and service installations within the panel assembly.

The product is covered by the European Technical Assessment ETA 20/0409, which certifies its performance with regard to structural resistance and stability, fire safety, hygiene, health and the environment, protection against noise, energy economy and heat retention, and sustainable use of natural resources.

The EVOWALL industrialised construction system is intended for the construction of single-family and multi-family residential buildings, as well as other building typologies requiring high levels of energy efficiency, construction quality, design flexibility and industrialised production.
