Aluminium profiles and aluminium-wood profiles for windows and doors (MX 70 TT, MX 70 FP, MX 70 slim, MX 82, MX 82 WOOD, MX 90 Energy, MX 90 FP, MX 90 Slim)

The products covered by this study are aluminium profile systems for windows and doors. They are primarily composed of powder-coated extruded aluminium and polyamide thermal breaks. Selected product lines also include an internal FSC®-certified ash wood cladding. The thermal break profiles consist of two extruded aluminium sections connected by glass fibre-reinforced polyamide strips, providing both structural performance and enhanced thermal insulation. In the aluminium-wood product lines, the internal ash wood cladding is finished with water-based coatings to ensure surface protection and aesthetic appearance.

The product systems are designed to provide defined levels of air permeability, watertightness, wind resistance, thermal transmittance, and acoustic insulation.
