Expanded Cross-linked Polyethylene (XPE) Insulation Rolls

The declared product is a flexible, closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene (XPE) foam supplied in roll form. The product is lightweight, moisture-resistant, chemically inert, and provides thermal insulation, cushioning, vibration damping, and acoustic performance. It is intended for use in construction, industrial insulation, and other technical applications where flexibility and low water absorption are required.

The foam is manufactured from polyethylene using a chemical cross-linking and foaming process. The finished material is supplied as natural (uncoloured) foam rolls with a nominal thickness of 5 mm, a width of 1000 mm, and a nominal density of 30 ± 2 kg/m³ with a value λ = 0.0385 W/(m·K).
