VCL Thermobonding Membrane

VCL (Vapor Control Layer) thermobonding membranes are construction membranes engineered to control and regulate water vapor diffusion within building envelope systems. The membranes are typically composed of a functional polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) vapor barrier film combined with protective spunbond nonwoven outer layers and, in some cases, an integrated reinforcing grid for enhanced mechanical strength. VCL thermobonding membranes are designed to provide high vapor resistance, excellent tear resistance, and dimensional stability, helping to prevent moisture accumulation and condensation within insulation and structural components.
