Breathable Thermobonding Membrane
Breathable thermobonding membranes are multilayer roofing underlay membranes designed to provide both waterproof protection and high vapor permeability. These membranes typically consist of polypropylene spunbond outer layers combined with a functional microporous film that allows water vapor to pass through while preventing liquid water penetration. This manufacturing technology ensures uniform bonding, dimensional stability, durability, and reliable mechanical performance while maintaining the breathable structure of the membrane. These membranes are mainly used in pitched roof and wall construction systems as protective and vapor-permeable underlays.
