Ecosurfaces - Low/Zero Crystalline Silica

Ecosurfaces is an engineered stone surface formulated with 0% crystalline silica. It is produced by blending recycled amorphous silica (post-consumer / post-industrial recycled glass), mineral fillers (feldspar, calcium carbonate, dolomite), and a thermosetting polymer binder (unsaturated polyester resin), with pigments for design. The blend is vibro-compacted under vacuum, cured at controlled temperature, then calibrated, polished and edge-finished to produce large-format slabs (typical size 3200 × 1600 mm). Applications: kitchen countertops, vanity tops, wall cladding, splashbacks, commercial worktops, furniture surfaces.
