Steel slabs produced via electric arc furnace in unalloyed form, thermally treated

Unalloyed thermally treated steel slabs manufactured at the NLMK Italia plant in Verona via the Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) route. Primary steelmaking inputs include ferrous scrap, ferro-alloys, coal, graphite electrodes, fuels, oxygen, and auxiliary consumables. Scrap is melted in the EAF, refined and alloyed in the ladle furnace, and continuously cast. The steel is subsequently subjected to thermal treatment to enhance mechanical and metallurgical performance in accordance with customer requirements
