Chrome-plated copper pipes

The products treated in this EPD are chrome-plated, annealed, half-hard, and hard copper pipes, including packaging. Plated copper pipes are widely used in water, heating, and cooling systems in both new builds and renovations due to their durability and corrosion resistance. Annealed (soft) copper pipes are flexible and ideal for concealed installations that require bending. Half-hard and hard copper pipes are more rigid and are typically used for visible, straight pipe runs. Plated copper pipes are used in exposed areas where a decorative, easy-to-clean finish is desired, such as bathrooms.
