Wasa Original - Authentique
The products included in this EPD are Original and Authentique. The recipe, packaging composition and production plant are common elements for all products. They are distributed mainly in Europe: Original is sold mainly in Italy, Switzerland, Greece, Romania and Spain while Authentique is sold mainly in France, Spain and Austria.
Original/Authentique is baked in the Celle plant where a typical bakery process takes place. The raw materials included in the recipe are mixed together into dough and baked in specific ovens. Following baking, the products are packaged and shipped to distribution centres for market entry.
Wasa Original/Authentique comes into 205 g and 275 g packaging format.
